well.... one thing that pops out is the lack of neck.

other then that just needs color if thats what you want :D

Well, I. . .

I love it; it's amazing.

If I had to pick out one thing, I would say that you need to keep shading it. Just keep making the darks darker, to add more contrast . . . at least on his left side (our right).

Yeah, I havent quite gotten there yet, I am now actually filling in his hair where the big circle (photo lens) was. Thanks very much for the advice!
